I really like this book. I teach infant and child yoga. It has wonderful tips that I can incorporate with the moms during the baby classes. My only disappointment with it was that it's the same book I already had with a different title - 50 ways to Pamper Yourself. I thought it was another book by the same author, but it's page for page, word for word the same book. So I didn't get anything new out of it that I wasn't already getting out of the other one. It was much cheaper, so if you were go purchase either title, go with this one to save money
