A Project Manager's Book of Forms

This is a excellent book. It is easy to use and I find it to be a very valuable tool for a project manager. The forms are simple and practical and allow for further customization were necessary.I use it in conjunction with the book Project Management Skills for Instructional DesignersProject Management Skills for Instructional Designers: A Practical Guide.

Beneficial Resource

As a companion to the PMBOK Guide, 4th addition, I have found the forms and templates included with this guide to be invaluable. With the forms listed by process groups, you are provided a great review of the forms required for any particular project you are managing, thus becoming a fantastic aid, especially for new Project Managers. Since the format of this book guides you to the forms you will need to clearly document your project, even experienced PMs will appreciate the logical approach used to organize the forms, because it works as a checklist for your project's required documentation. Highly recommend as a go-to reference manual.

Good resource, Needs Customization for your needs

One of the good ideas that PMI has done recently. Although the majority of templates are clearly done in a hurry, and without putting too much thought into them (some are not even fit for actual implementation), but it is for sure a very good start for creating and establishing your own templates. Full of fresh ideas.
