A Great Horse Book

I first bought one of her books in 96, and only because she and I happen to share the same name. However, after reading it, I couldn't wait to find another. This proved very difficult, as they are not readily available in the US. Thank goodness for the internet! This is one of the best horse books I have read in a long time, and I only hope she continues to write them.

Brilliant book!

This was an excellent book, i'd recomend it for any one who enjoys reading about horses! The story is about a girl, named Fran and her mother, who save a horse who's been neglected. Fran's mother buys Charlie when she's see what a bad state he's in, at first Fran is annoyed at her mothers irrational decision, but she quickly realises that Charlie is great! On the same day that she and her mother are rescuing Charlie, Fran meets a handsome stranger. She's sees him frequently after that and wonders what he wants... A great book!! Definitely worth buying!

"The Dark Horse" was my favourite book...... until I read this one. Thoroughly enjoyable. Thankyou Jenny Hughes! Can't wait for the next one.
