I have bought no less than 4 copies of this book for myself and friends, and can't recommend it often enough. My whole immediate family is Type A, though, so we have it easier than lots of families! I first used this book when I was trying to conceive daughter #2. I perused this at my local health food store. If you already eat outside of the typical American diet and aren't opposed to meat/and dairy alternatives, you will find that you won't have to change much. I agree that I am slightly puzzled by a couple of the foods I must avoid, but most of it makes sense...NOT that I am happy about giving up corn and potatos! My parents are both O types,as well and my father and all his relatives...
