very comprehensive

this is well written and illustrated and easy to understand. i am also reading/taking a class on DHTI+ by MARCRAFT, and it has lot's of mistakes and not very well written. the labs are easy to understand and do. it goes great with it's corresponding text book.

I bought this book for one of my classes. The price for this NEW Book is the same price for the VERY used book on campus. I will be buying all of my books here.

Great refererence guide

I am a new student on this field and I am reading this book at home even though I do not have much experience and the text is very explanatory and simple, friendly to read and understand. I recommend this book.

A+ Guide to Manage and Maintain your PC Lab Manual

This book was exactly as described except some very minor shipping damage to the corners of the book. It arrived in a padded package but had been badly handled in transit. The damage does not impact the use of the manual. I would buy from this vendor again.

Great starting lab manual.

I found the manual to cover the basics of computer repair and maintenance. I would not purchase this manual without the textbook. If you have previous repair experience, you probably do not need the textbook. The manual works great for people who learn by doing rather than cramming.
