An awe inspiring book

I have read this book probably 3 or 4 times now. It is certainly listed as one of my favorites. Though for those unaccustomed to the realife dealings of depression this book can be 'depressing'. I personally found it full of realife struggles with depression along with some wonderful council and advice for those struggling with depression and/or loved ones who are struggling with depression. The love story and the struggle to get through unexpected life challenges, looking for those brief moments of bliss which offer an oasis of peace, love, and joy through the tough times was a delight to read about. Thanks Anita for this wonderful contribition to my library!
