They opened my eyes to the world of mental disorders, sociopaths and narcissists. In the end, I came to the conclusion that I was most likely living with a narcissist and had been for the past fourteen years. And most importantly, my hopes of 'changing' them to be the partner I needed were unrealistic. I needed to step back and relook at my relationship through a new lens, from a new perspective. So I am now moving forward with my life and exploring my dreams from a place of experience, strength and a renewed spiritual awakening.
