Lots of texture and color but tricky instructions

This is mostly a stitch dictionary with the addition of patterns for 22 simple accessories ( e.g. cowls, scarves, shawls and shrugs) that use some of the stitches. The layout of the general instructions, the instructions for specific stitches and the instructions for the patterns is not what I am used to. I can’t yet judge if the layout is good or bad but I am having to study it carefully to figure out what I need to do. Many of the stitches in the dictionary section are new to me and seem very attractive- lots of texture in some and lots of color in others I would say this book is not for beginners. It’s more for someone who wants a challenge, to expand their knowledge, to try new stitches and to learn how stitches are put together.
