I buy this cookbook for my friends

This was given to me and almost every recipe I've tried has been great! Non-fussy, with tips for substitutions. I buy used copies for my friend's. It's the best cookbook I've ever had.

If you own one cookbook, this ought to be the one

I discovered this cookbook at my local library and liked it so much I had to have one of my own. It has an excellent variety of recipes, they're detailed with tips, and they're EASY. I'm not much of a cook but this book has enough interesting recipes to make even the most kitchen-phobic person try something new and different.
