Was a little surprised it wasn’t as plant based as the title sounds. Although the recipies look good it’s a little bit of a disappointment the recipies focus is on adding a little veggies to a pasta menu
A greens lover's dream

Over the years I've had this cookbook, I've really come to enjoy the variety of dishes that are included in this cookbook--not just a wide variety of greens, but also a wide variety of cooking styles and types of ingredients. While I've only tried about a dozen of the recipes in this book so far, I have never been let down, and I have many more recipes I want to try at some point. My favorites so far are the "Chicken-Spinach Crepes with Mango Sauce", and the "Malaysian Bobotie" with ground turkey, curry, raisins, and mustard greens. While those two take a while to prepare and are more weekend types of recipes, some of the recipes like "Bok Choy, Chicken, and Walnuts" with a hoisin based sauce are quick to prepare and have made it into my regular weekday rotation.
