I really like this book. I've been lifting for years but wasn't using a wide variety of exercises so I got stuck in a rut and bored from not changing up my routine enough. The book has a couple different plans you can choose from, and you can alter them based on where you current level of fitness is. I used the "Look Great in Eight" plan to help me get back in bikini shape and loved it.
