A visually enhanced celebration of all things chocolate features decadent recipes, profiles of the world's foremost chocolate confectioners, a Whitman's sampler of facts, depictions of nostalgic and classic candies including Milk Duds and Junior Mints, and modern incarnations of chocolate-enhanced foods like Godiva martinis.
This book is pretty, full of lovely photos and interesting chocolate facts and statistics, with a few recipes (I counted 14, and you probably already have some of them) thrown in--a nice coffee table book for any chocolate lover. It's worth pointing out that this is NOT a chocolate cookbook, so if that's you're looking for--keep looking (in fact, there are some great suggestions on pages 142-143).
Awesome!
